Beazley plc was formerly known as Swift No. 3 Limited and changed its name to Beazley plc in February 2016. The company was founded in 1986 and is based in London, United Kingdom with additional offices across the globe. As of October 1, 2026, Beazley plc operates as a subsidiary of Zurich Insurance Group AG.
